Excellent place to learn. As it is a PSU it indeed has all government benefits for all working employees, apart from this it is a great place to learn about engineering, work safety and most importantly "discipline".

1. HR policy is pathetic. I will say 90% of the HR recruits are incompetent and chair warmers. They enjoy the privileges of city posting without giving a shit of others. 2. Company has set up business in remotest location without giving any thought of any infrastructure for employees 3. Salary package is not so attractive as compared to peer groups. 4. Working teammates are very helpful they always support us but though it is marketing depot so there are less chance to gather engineering skills, salary and benefits is very good.

Dislikes

Location of installation is very bad. Main roads which connects installation is with town is very bad condition and there are very poor chance as a diploma candidates to improve their skills
