At Akolner BPCL company plant has employees who fully understand us and teach well so far we have not had any problems there,Really Great Workstation and supportive teammates . Company work culture is very toxic and worst. Don't join any BPCL related projects because the organisation never care about their employees and the arrogant of BPCL management employees are very high.

Very very very poor organisation BPCL. Politics are lots off and all the government BPCL employees are uneducated(अनपढ़). They are just Master in passing the paler and eating the commission.

Work-Life Balance is zero there is no fixed time you have to 24/7 in order to achieve targets in sales as well as in engineering too. I prefer if your not permanent then don't stay for longer period there you won't have any skills after getting out in order to get another job.
