Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. HR policies very poor.Salary is not provided to its employees on time and neither their PF is deposited nor F&F gets.

The joy be quite interesting. Ile rent everything on the job I got a chance wear multiple hats and they helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

There is nothing that a normal human being can like. Very poor co ordination no presence of good hr system. Unqualified hr team mostly who cannot speak properly.

There is no opportunity for growth except people who butter. Very narrow and miser approach for compensation.
