Product pipeline is good which is the only talking point for BBIL.

Dislikes

Ar this level company should have proper HR, Sales & Marketing team and other support system which is NO-where. No job security No work life balance Supriseingly MD thinks since he has has great products he can sell them like hot cakes so gives least intrest to manpower. They are non trust worthy people. Worst compensation along with worst allowance. Company all data are fraudulent and manipulated....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
