If there is a consensus conducted to measure the worst company ever in the world, with no doubt Bharat Biotech would top that. A company usually contains employees to fulfill their job, bosses to be their mentors and HR who not only hires but also handles employees issues at the company. What happens at BBIL is a different story altogether. You can’t run to HR when something comes up, because all you hear from you fellow colleagues would be- it’s of no use. People who are in lower positions are treated as shit. Entitled bosses. Worst culture. Monarch ruling just as hell. Extremely tiresome 6-day working. Don’t let yourself fall into this pit because they won’t let you come out of it. They don’t like giving relieving letters but instead not talk about it and mentally pressurise the employees. 3 months notice period and no confirmation that you will be relieved later on. Oh by the way, phones are not allowed. You’ll only get to know about this on your first day. Yep. No events or employee-engaging activities. Instead of adding on to your already existing skills, you will loose what you already possess. You are not a working employee in a reputed company but a daily wage labour who has work their a** off and be treated as labourers. HR Will tell you that the increment will be given after one year, but no folks. You need to wait two years for the increment that too not even 10%. Your CTC before hiring into the company doesn’t match with the monthly salary you get. This will put you in utter disappointment. Hr people are liars. Don’t believe in anything they say. 1-2 leaves will be added every month upon your joining. Only 2 optional holidays for the whole year and 8 public holidays. No benefits upon joining. They make you multitask. You won’t be given any job description but will be asked to do what you are not hired for.
