I having the unfortunate experience of working at Bharat bijlee (Transformer Design) and I confidently say that internal politics makes it a dreadful place to be. The workplace culture is dominated by favouritism, backstabbing, upper management is far more concerned with office politics than actual fostering a positive work environment. Decisions making is often based on who you know rather than your qualifications or hard work. Those who are seen as in the right circle get opportunities and promotions regardless of merit. The lack of transparency and the manipulation behind closed doors creates a toxic atmosphere where employees are pitted against each other. Bharat bijlee is one of the most trusted company in the transformer industries. Here Working atmosphere is Very good, familiar & friendly. Senior persons also helpfull & cooperative. In shot you just crack the interview & join the company as soon as possible.

Company culture and ethics are good, minimum pressure and no micromanagement by seniors. Freedom of working provided.

Minimum product range , need to work on IT department, annual team picnic/engagement activity should be conduct, participation in Exhibitions and Branding, if possible 5 days working should be implement.
