There is nothing to like in the Company except that you dont have to spend money on buying Shoes and Decent attire

It is a very unprofessionally managed Company. No Discipline at all. Even GM's used to come to Office with chappals. Office atmosphere is sick. All things dumped close to workplace. No predefined Training module exists. No Work Process exists. I was getting a average Salary but others were paid meager amount.
