BeyondRoot is great place to learn and grow. This company adopts new technology and gives the chance to learn . I am working since last three year in this organisation and I want to continue. every teammates work happily in collaboration. BeyondRoot has US based client . BeyondRoot gives good appraisal to employee. I would like to say that BeyondRoot is great place for both learn and earn.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
