Great opportunity I have received to work with best. In all aspects the company is good. Company can give you a good start in recruitment sector. Many of the people who are currently working in MNCs had been started their career from best only. So overall it's a good company.

Dislikes

The hierarchy is the only hurddle in the company. Employees don't get the reward and recognition for what they deserve. So this is the only -ve point in best.

Its was a learning from the joining. Everyday we came across many new things. So if you have a learning attitude you will enjoy the work.

I have too much to say about this company but my ratings are enough to speak.The director of this company is fraud.He hires female employee and mentaly harras them.So much partiality is going on under the roof.He is handling two branches one is in Delhi and other one is in Kanpur.He doesn't gave any incentives after giving closures never gave any appreciation to the employees of Kanpur.The management of this company is unprofessional but beahves like they are running any MNC....Read More
