Job Description :

We are looking for an Oracle eBusiness Suite IT Director to join our team and lead the delivery of our EBS solutions.

As the EBS IT Director, you will be responsible for :

Summary :

- Ensuring the stability, performance and security of our ERP systems and applications (Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.x).

- Driving change and innovation through continuous improvement and best practices.

- Setting up the team and team structure to succeed in their roles and support the business needs.

- Ensuring the optimization and alignment of our EBS solutions with the business processes and requirements.

- Creating and executing the future strategy and road map for our EBS solutions, in collaboration with the senior management and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have :

- At least 10+ years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP implementation, configuration, administration and support.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite modules, such as Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.

- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team of IT professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive business value.

Skills :

- Strong technical skills and experience in managing Oracle applications and databases.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work with different stakeholders and teams across the organization.

- Be able to plan, execute, and monitor the Oracle e-business suite projects, ensuring that they meet the business requirements, budget, and timeline.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise with the Oracle e-business suite systems, as well as provide training and support to the end-users.

- Note the role of Director requires a technical and detailed mindset but ensures guidance is given and team are empowered to deliver and supported as needed (through robust processes, structure, training and reviews).

- Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the Oracle e-business suite domain, and seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
