Job Role:

We're looking for a Sr. Principal Engineer/Implementation Lead with solid Techno- functional

knowledge and accounting background (good to have) and a good understanding of Oracle EBS / Fusion General Ledger Data Models/ Tables and related Subledger Applications. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting our Financial Reporting Solutions. and want to be part of a team that loves what they do and builds game-changing Business Intelligence and Analytics products.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Oracle Fusion General Ledger solutions, ensuring a seamless integration across financial modules and compliance with business needs.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineering, DevOps, finance, and business teams, to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Develop, configure, and implement robust financial reporting solutions, focusing on real-time data access and efficient migration from legacy systems like Oracle Discoverer.

- Design, implement, and manage data flow mechanisms between Subledger applications and General Ledger, ensuring data accuracy, security, and seamless cross-module integrations.

- Establish and enforce data access set security protocols, segment value security, and other security models in Fusion General Ledger, aligning with organizational and regulatory compliance.

- Provide expert guidance on budget and budgetary control setups, ensuring alignment with organizational financial planning and analysis requirements.

- Oversee the integration of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools with Oracle Fusion General Ledger, optimizing data accuracy and availability in financial reporting cubes.

- Continuously monitor and refine implemented solutions, resolving technical issues promptly and ensuring optimal performance of analytics and reporting tools.

- Conduct training sessions and offer support to business users, enabling effective self-service reporting and analytics usage across various departments.

Key Skills :

- Oracle Fusion GL Deployment : Strong experience in deploying Oracle Fusion General Ledger

solutions, with a deep understanding of database tables, views, schemas, and data models for end-to-

end integrations.

- Subledger Applications : Comprehensive knowledge of data flows from Subledger applications to GL, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize these integrations.

- Budgeting and Financial Control : Expertise in budget creation and budgetary controls within the Oracle Fusion framework, supporting effective financial planning and oversight.

- Security Management : Proficiency in managing Fusion General Ledger Security, including Data Access Set Security, Segment Value Security, and Function/Data Security to ensure compliant and

controlled data access.

- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) : Familiarity with EPM tools, including integration capabilities with Oracle Fusion GL, and an understanding of various Cube models available for analytical reporting.

- Technical Translation : Ability to articulate complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that are understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Skilled in working across diverse teams (e.g., engineering, finance, DevOps) to achieve project milestones and deliver impactful financial reporting solutions.

- Self-Service Analytics : Strong orientation towards empowering users with self-service tools, enabling interactive reporting, and creating customized dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
