Oracle Financial Consultant - GL/AP/AR Modules (5-8 yrs)

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules, with expertise in AP, AR, GL, FA, CE, Lease Management, iExpenses, iSupplier, and BPM.

Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Technical Consultant to join our team.

- The candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and support of Oracle EBS Finance modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE), Lease Management, iExpenses, iSupplier, and BPM workflows.

- The role focuses on delivering technical solutions for finance processes, data integration, and system performance optimization.

Key Responsibility :

- Oracle EBS Finance Implementation: Provide technical expertise in implementing Oracle EBS Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, CE, Lease Management, iExpenses, and iSupplier.

- Customization & Development: Customize Oracle EBS workflows, reports, and extensions to meet specific business requirements using Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL.

- Business Process Management (BPM): Develop and manage BPM workflows for financial processes, ensuring smooth and automated approval processes.

- Data Migration & Integration: Lead data migration projects, integrating Oracle EBS Finance modules with third-party systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Technical Support : Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle EBS Finance modules, optimizing performance and ensuring stability.

Reporting & Analytics : Design and generate financial reports using Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and other reporting tools.

Interface Development : Develop interfaces between Oracle EBS Finance modules and other applications using APIs and Web Services.

System Upgrades : Support upgrades and patching of Oracle EBS Financials, ensuring all customizations and enhancements are compatible with the latest versions.

Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.

Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and other technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

Required Skill :

Oracle EBS Finance Expertise :

- Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CE, Lease Management, iExpenses, and iSupplier.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), Workflow Builder, and SQL-Loader.

BPM Expertise :

- Experience in developing and managing BPM workflows for financial operations.

Data Migration :

- Hands-on experience with financial data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Integration & Interfaces :

- Expertise in integrating Oracle EBS modules with other applications using APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and other integration tools.

- Customizations & RICE Components: Strong experience in developing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues in finance modules.

- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with business users and technical teams.
