Oracle Fusion Consultant - P2P Module (7-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion P2P Lead to oversee and enhance the Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, leveraging Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to streamline procurement operations, ensuring optimal use of Oracle Fusion capabilities, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

P2P Process Management :

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion P2P processes.

- Enhance procurement workflows, including requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, and invoicing.

Oracle Fusion Expertise :

- Configure and manage Procurement Cloud modules to meet business requirements.

- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Oracle Procurement Cloud functionalities.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable solutions.

Project Delivery :

- Drive end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Oracle P2P solutions.

- Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables with high quality and adherence to project timelines.

Support and Training :

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.

- Conduct training sessions to empower users with knowledge of P2P processes.

Required Skills :

- Extensive experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules, including configuration and support.

- Ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices in procurement.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address business needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.

- Knowledge of financial accounting principles related to procurement processes.

- Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies.
