Coupa Tester - ERP Testing (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

The Coupa Tester will be responsible for testing Coupa modules and ensuring quality delivery across multiple project phases. This role involves working closely with development teams, ensuring effective testing of Coupa modules, identifying defects proactively, and leveraging ERP testing experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Coupa Module Testing :

Testing and validating Coupa modules, including :

- PO and Indirect Procurement.

- Coupa Pay (Early Pay Discounts, Virtual Cards).

- Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Coupa CCW.

ERP Testing Expertise :

1. Provide testing expertise for ERP systems, with experience in SAP, Workday, Teamcenter, and DocuSign preferred.

2. Ensure quality and accuracy in integration between Coupa and other ERP platforms.

Test Execution :

1. Conduct acceptance test plan design, execution, and test reporting.

2. Proactively identify defects and review test artifacts, including execution evidence.

Collaboration and Reporting :

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders during Agile testing.

2. Provide detailed reports on test results and defects.

Process Adherence :

1. Adhere to testing standards and ensure best practices are followed.

2. Manage testing tasks using tools like JIRA.

Skills and Expertise Required :

Coupa Expertise :

1. Hands-on experience with Coupa P2P, SIM, Coupa Pay (Early Pay Discounts, Virtual Cards), and Coupa CCW.

ERP Testing :

1. Testing experience with SAP, Workday, Teamcenter, and DocuSign.

2. Strong understanding of ERP workflows and integration points.

Testing Tools and Methodologies :

1. Proficiency in JIRA or similar testing tools.

2. Deep knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and software development life cycles.

Test Phases Experience :

1. Experience with various test phases, including acceptance testing, execution, and test reporting.

Additional Skills :

1. Strong analytical skills for defect identification.

2. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Additional Information :

Mandatory Experience :

1. Minimum 5 years of Coupa hands-on experience.

2. Proficiency in testing various Coupa modules and ERP platforms.
