The office looks good, gives out a false impression of extreme professionalism. The work gives you scope to explore your creativity and work independently.

Dislikes

There's no HR, no tradition of documenting anything, it is probably the only office in modern world that does not use soft copies or emails for anything. The employees do not hold any email ID, if you are working there you might have to sacrifice your salary for 5-6 months sometimes with the false hope that you will eventually get it. Not only that they randomly fire people on immediate basis and that too after not paying them for months....Read More

Work Details

I was a trainer at the institute, I enjoyed taking classes, but the poor students who took admission there were given the false hope that this training would help them with placements. Unfortunately that is not the case.
