Beroe all together is a beautiful and a professional place to work. I recommend Beroe for a place to work as it completely has a work and personal life balance

I do not dislike anything about the work but some people in the admin department could be better so that the company earns a good name

This is great company to start once career. The knowledge and exposure that you get in this firm in a short duration, will take atleast 5 year for one to attain in a large organisation. Not many research firm provide such exposure

Dislikes

The firm has great vision but often fails in implementation. Constant change in vision in very short time. However, this is a great firm as they respect every ones idea within the organisation starting from analyst. A simple sample testing for each idea before company wise adoption would have been better

Challenging and interesting , I had a sky rocket career in Beroe with an average CAGR of 38%. Not sure any firm offers such growth. But it takes a lot of hardwork and late night stretch to reach this position
