Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI solutions using generative models such as GPT and LLaMA.
- Customize and fine-tune generative models based on specific project requirements and datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to gather requirements and validate model outputs.
- Implement robust model testing and validation procedures to ensure high accuracy and performance.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI, focusing on generative and large language models, and assess their applicability to our business needs.
- Develop frameworks for continuous learning and model adaptation to dynamically changing data.
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability across various deployment environments, including cloud platforms.
- Educate and mentor team members on best practices and innovations in AI model development and deployment.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Atleast 2 years of proven experience with NLP and generative AI models such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar and Meta s LLaMA.
- Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with AI development environments.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Demonstrated ability to fine-tune and personalize AI models to meet specific needs.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to AI model deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills.
