1) The relationship with colleagues and senior is up close and personal, they will give you a lot of real life advise mostly good. But this is also bad at a later point when there will be too much interference. 2) The natural working style is relaxed, people often miss deadline and procrastination is infectious, people may find this point positive.

Dislikes

Pretty much all 1) Work life balance is terrible 2) Learning and training falls on the LHS of Y axis. 3) Rewards and recognition close to zero. 4) Also no perks, absolutely 0 perks. 5)

"This co. is about politics.. zero work life balance, Management is spine less and there is no sync in the region and Ho. Pleasing is a must to survive skill.. yess boss ji boss haan ji boss is what is expected by seniors.. Even on sunday you work late till midnight. Even the top management is blind..
