What's there to like...? Only the hotel stay which they provide for few days.. Last but not the least... The day you resign from the company... Because this is the time... when company's HR realises and will start responding to your mails... your colleagues will give you moral support of why not to leave this otherwise great and enriching job... People join job to enrich and upskill their skills... But join this company.. whatever skills you had previously... it will degrade only... Such is the culture here... No help no support.... HR will never reply to your mail... Until you resign... Till then any mail you send.. they will never reply... Managers are beyond pathetic... They deducted my colleague's fnf amount.. because he left the company... Salary what they show looks good... But its like just giving you money so that you can increase your work experience.... Salary what they show... And what they actually give doesn't match.... Managers are worst... They themselves can't talk and behave professionally and expect us to behave professionally.... Even dealers and contractors are fed up of Berger's services... because of such kind of attitude showed by managers in company.. Also work time so flexible.. that you can work till 12am or even 1am.. you can also work on Sundays... Basically you will not have any work life balance or personal life... Only drink beer with your managers and you only will have to pay the bill....your manager will not pay... But this is also bad at a later point when there will be too much interference. 2) The natural working style is relaxed, people often miss deadline and procrastination is infectious, people may find this point positive.
