In exigencies Sunday is also a working day.But these exigencies are often.It can be improved if CHRO intervene.Even if it is a holiday on Sunday, they will schedule a useless meeting. But this is also bad at a later point when there will be too much interference. 2) The natural working style is relaxed, people often miss deadline and procrastination is infectious, people may find this point positive.
