Berger Paints is a great company for Paints Chemicals Industry but 3PL Innovation Distribution Service Pvt Ltd is very bad culutre company..His Owner and Senior Manager is very bad.they are only own profite and employee's is not a servant.

I don't like this 3PL company(Innovative Distribution Service Pvt Ltd). His Seniors Level Person Mr Tarak Chakraborty is pure politics and game person..he is operating the 3PL with politics.

People join job to enrich and upskill their skills... But join this company.. whatever skills you had previously... it will degrade only... Such is the culture here... No help no support.... HR will never reply to your mail... Until you resign... Till then any mail you send.. they will never reply... Managers are beyond pathetic... They deducted my colleague's fnf amount.. because he left the company... Salary what they show looks good... But its like just giving you money so that you can increase your work experience....
