I have been working in Benchmark Business Software for more than one year. There are more benefits by working in this company. Co-Workers are very friendly and also seniors are giving training perfectly.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.Mine is a US based client and another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Details

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations.As longas I get to work closely with the client it will be a great experience
