Less Work. More free, a lot to explore if you voluntarily take an interest in other domains as you will have free time, especially in Bangalore R&D.

Dislikes

Other than R&D, other areas are not good. BEML lacks in training candidates with good technical and soft skills. The company consists of old people hence the lack of motivation for youth. currently (Nov 2023) the CMD is strong and a true leader, hence at this point in time, it has growth aspects. But, once the top management changes, nothing can be predicted, it may grow even better or get to an all-time low....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
