I like the importance, due to being surrounded by people, who can talk big, but look to me for every next step to be done.

Chief GM is the only powerful person at Plkd. He decides, who will do what during the day, and everyday he does this. In simple, if u want to join defence group, one has to be submissive to him, else he will ask u, why u came, & the tragedy of humilation continues in front of everyone, publicly every day, every hour.
