Training held by some officers during the training was really good. Nice company for those who are totally interested in mechanical domain.Teammates i got during my training were enthusiastic,courageous in the work station. The is well maintained and very good opportunity to learn things practically with realistic challenging work every day.

Dislikes

In my one year of training at BEML i was not satisfied with some employees and officers who in lack in treating people came for training. I was not satisfied with the time management in the company for a particular work.

I'm part of Production dept. and there's lot to learn in terms of technical knowledge, administrative skills, Leadership etc.

Dislikes

There is lot to learn but at same time the responsibilities given to us is less. Stipend provided to apprentices is too less.

its great to work in BEML as a graduate apprentice trainee in purchase and defence planning and know about sap and srm

The work pressure is less and working for an 8 hours in company to help the engineers
