Training held by some officers during the training was really good. Nice company for those who are totally interested in mechanical domain.Teammates i got during my training were enthusiastic,courageous in the work station. The is well maintained and very good opportunity to learn things practically with realistic challenging work every day.

Dislikes

In my one year of training at BEML i was not satisfied with some employees and officers who in lack in treating people came for training. I was not satisfied with the time management in the company for a particular work.

According to my opinion of training at BEML it was good, challenging tasks every day with the production improvement and problems. But was bit boring during less production period.
