Total lala chaap company, no work culture, no system and process, only whatever you were told in the morning, you have to do that next day. No long term strategy and thought process by management and seniors. Advisable not to join company as long term prospects. Yes for work life balance, it can be good option and saving can be good because of Africa.

Dislikes

Zero system and process. No learning and development in company. Long term stratedy is missing. Respect for employee is missing. Management is himself a corrupt and don't know how is exactly appraisal happens and measured.
