I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Although I didn't have a good experience with the management as it was a new school rules were changed everyday but I enjoyed teaching . No they are not supportive in the covid lockdown they made us work 6 days a week but with mere salary.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but there is a bond of 2 years were we cannot resign. The management never did it's work properly and all the blame was given to the teachers.
