The management is worst. All the employees think they are the boss. No proper policies, no ethics or work culture. They get scammed very easily. They keep you in probation for a year only because no avoid the appraisal. There is nothing here to learn and develop. The environment is very bad. The salary is not credited on time, they just delay for three days and so saying issue with the software. Their salary day is on 5th of every month which is worse. There is no insurance coverage. Only this hospitals gives some discounts but we have no other choice to go to other hospitals. I request to not to join this organization. you will end up quitting in a month or two....Read More
