Generally speaking , being an mechanical engineer my work is involved in designing of 3D models for the components using Solidworks and making manufacturing 2D drawings of that components in AutoCAD. I have been involved in Production control department.

The reason of dissapointment is the salary provided to B.E and diploma trainees is very less as compared to ITI trainees.

As per my experience in Bharat electronics limited, the work is challenging to the freshers and good learning environment. No put on pressure like environment, no scoldings but only guiding the trainers.

I love the work environment of this company mainly because of my co- apprentices and team members. And am comfortable with my reporting executives such that there is no work pressure on a particular person. Involving with such friendly persons in office i enjoyed doing work and learnt interpersonal skills.
