Never think of joining there as an engineer apprentice. It's better you find job outside because may be before Covid n stuff this was a better company but now they're just taking trainees to work as a factory worker, you can't learn or develop yourself, you'll be caught up in an comfort zone bubble it'll be very difficult to escape from that ,plus the Stipned which is payed is not worth for the amount of work you do there I mean Atleast a regualr labor gets more money than you. They'll make you do all diploma and iti trainee works also. So please don't regret after joining....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
