There is no proper work being done in the company. Despite being a defense PSU, financially supported by our incompetent government, and having a monopoly on military goods, all they do is buy stuff from foreign firms and assemble it here, and call it a day. All the taxpayer money is being put into forming contracts with foreign military firms which sell us OVERPRICED weapons and technologies, but our govt will absolutely make sure that we "Indigenously" produce military equipment by parading these bought-in weapons in the republic day parade and through media propaganda. Also, most employees are just working there because they're permanent employees. Nothing happens on time, depsite having planned deadlines.
