Hectic Work Life Balance (in SMSF department) they would frequently ask to work for Extended hours, Too much Politics and Favouritism. People who work honestly and sincerely are forced to deliver more and more and even after that their appraisals would be lower as compared to manager’s Favourite employees. HR would talk about the Goo d policies at the time of induction but these are just “On-Paper” policies to trap the freshers....Read More
