1. Work-Life Balance- The management ensures that employee's work-life balance is maintained. No calls after office or on weekends. 2. Salary and Increments - The management had ensured that during lockdown salary was paid on time without any deductions. Travel reimbursements were given to the employees considering their safety. Increments were given to the employees. 3. Work Culture - This is the first company to send cakes for parents and make them feel special on Birthdays. While work, there is serious-environment but the management ensures time to time icebreaking activities like annual picnic, team outing, regular celebrations in office which makes us feel good. 4. 1) No Job security. Management can remove anyone at their wims and fancies 2) what's is promised is never delivered 3) sometime use of offensive language are used by management while addressing to employees 4) No professional 5) there is always a soft corner for some people who close to the management. 6) no proper HR policy and many things remains on paper and there are no implementation

- A 360 & 180 degree appraisal has been done for the last 2 years for ALL employees in FY19-20 & FY 20-21. - During Covid 1 & 2, the company DIDNOT sack anyone. - Company ensured full salary on 1st of every month. - During partial lockdown all employees were given shared auto / taxi fare reimbursements. - Covid Vaccination done for all employees free of cost. - Employee Advances given to help employees in emergency financial needs - Increment of average 12% was given to ALL employees. - Proper HR Policy & Code of Conduct is in place for the last 4 years
