1. Work-Life Balance- The management ensures that employee's work-life balance is maintained. No calls after office or on weekends. 2. Salary and Increments - The management had ensured that during lockdown salary was paid on time without any deductions. Travel reimbursements were given to the employees considering their safety. Increments were given to the employees. 3. Work Culture - This is the first company to send cakes for parents and make them feel special on Birthdays. While work, there is serious-environment but the management ensures time to time icebreaking activities like annual picnic, team outing, regular celebrations in office which makes us feel good. 4.
