Branch Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Beacon Trusteeship Limited located in Bengaluru. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch, managing a team, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make sound decisions.

• Liaison with Clients with a Business Development objective in areas of Corporate Trusteeship Products (debenture trustee, security trustee, securitization trustee, share pledge trustee, AIF Trustee, employee welfare trustee services, escrow agent, facility agent, safe keeping) and schedule meetings & execute post meetings deliverables.
• Visit eminent clients, meet decision makers, pitch our offerings, other ventures, build relationships & pursue till deal closure.
• The primary responsibility is to bring growth to the sales vertical.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings & create a sales pitch.
• Basic understanding of Debt market, Capital Markets, know how on MIS, Excel and presentation skills.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Research and identify new market opportunities viz. online and offline, market intelligence, regulators, forums, etc.
• Collaborate with team and identify cross market of products.
• Part of the new initiatives team for product development and enhancement with special emphasis on structured deals to increase revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with arrangers, legal counsel, various key teams, and key decision makers with the focus of generating recurring business.
• Be a part of a high performing sales team to cover maximum clients and increase revenue.
• Plan, organize and execute promotional/marketing activities.
• Take complete responsibility of sales and retaining client.
