The peer group in BDO is very supportive and I have made some of the bestest friends for lifetimes here

Dislikes

No job security at all, one can be thrown out of the organisation anytime. Management is not at all supportive and lack technical skills themselves, they just do admin related work and a lot of politics is happening. Top management is incompetent and there is a lot of partiality in the organisation. The salary is pathetic and there are no perks…The payrise is based on politics.

Only one thing I like that if you are a fresher, they allow you to complete you mandatory training if pending.

Dislikes

Most of the people were not supportive in nature. If you were not able to do anything, then ready to face criticism at worse. comment on your back!

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
