100% WFO. Micromanagement Manager and Directors' behavior toward employee are not good. they are treated as labour. Work-Life-balance is poor. Strict office hours. Below average annual hikes. Sometimes force people to resign.

It's been 2 month in this company, overall culture is good and worklife balance is there , I am getting proper training and reporting person, team leader and colleagues are very supportive. Looking forward to gain more experience and new opportunities.

There is a partner named Gautam Dalaydasani who is extremely unprofessional and very egoistic. He doesn't respect his team members. Because of his designation as partner, he is taking advantage of undue powers he has. He made my life miserable due to which I need to left the organisation. He made my exit so difficult that even afterserving my extended notice period he ensured that I worked till last minute before I submit my laptop. Colleagues which are not in top management, only 2-3 people in management are good, other than that only favours there respective location team members

No WLB, block leaves are cancelled only by single mail, always deadline pressure, leaves problems, will need to work more than working hours, no extra pay for working longer hours, only judged if you are not coming on time leaving time is never certain, i do not recommend this company now its been better previously.

Worst leadership. You never get to work on profile you are hired for. The leadership changes the profile according to his/her will. Senseless leaders. Have zero knowledge and also do not have leadership skill. Worst experience.

There is a lot of politics in this company. There is excessive micromanagement. The work pressure is immense. There is no appreciation. Old employees are not valued, and the job is not secure.

Nothing to Like. They will say that you will get huge salary, but if you have any dependencies they will cut your salary.

Worst working culture. Additionally there is a part where you need to get approval for your timesheet from the reporting manager. Now if there is no project, your manager will not approve it, resulting delay in your salary. Eventually when there is project works you need to work on Saturday and Sunday. There is no work life balance. No learning scope. Only work work and work.
