It's been 2 month in this company, overall culture is good and worklife balance is there , I am getting proper training and reporting person, team leader and colleagues are very supportive. Looking forward to gain more experience and new opportunities.

We are working in a client places on behalf of BDO and never taken care by the company. They are not interacting or communicate ,does not look us it's employee.That's the worst experience we are having.

Immature India leadership at the top level, lack of vision by self calling leaders, favouritism played by service line heads, covering up their mistakes by sacking others. Lack of structure and system for professionalism, top leaders working as in a lala company with a foreign franchise name to back them up.

The Noida office of this company is a nightmare. Employees have no personal life and are forced to work until 2 AM every day. The management, particularly Vishal Maheshwari, expects everyone to follow this unhealthy routine. There's a complete lack of respect for work-life balance. Avoid this company if you value your well-being.

There is a partner named Gautam Dalaydasani who is extremely unprofessional and very egoistic. He doesn't respect his team members. Because of his designation as partner, he is taking advantage of undue powers he has. He made my life miserable due to which I need to left the organisation. He made my exit so difficult that even afterserving my extended notice period he ensured that I worked till last minute before I submit my laptop. I have heard lots about him that he did these things with others in past. I highly recommend not to join BDO DD chennai practice. Have a happy professional career....Read More

Worst leadership. You never get to work on profile you are hired for. The leadership changes the profile according to his/her will. Senseless leaders. Have zero knowledge and also do not have leadership skill. Worst experience.

Office politics, favouritism, Appraisal procedures are not transparent. Insensitive and un professional supervisors, poor HR management, does not even take exit interviews. Your supervisors don’t care about your morale and well being.
