There is a lot of politics in this company. There is excessive micromanagement. The work pressure is immense. There is no appreciation. Old employees are not valued, and the job is not secure.

Don't join java team.forget worklife balance, never give you clear requirements,they tell think and do yourself. I never seen such stupid Manager .Monday to Saturday after office working sometime Sunday included.

Very good work environment and everyone is very much supportive and down to earth. Our partner is also very nice person and always take care of all the staff
