The seniors provide unrealistic deadlines and plan for 300 hours in a month and actual hours are even more. All the old employees have mostly left the company and the new joiners are not able to perform their work as no proper training is provided resulting is dissatisfied employees and more attrition. Apart from these, managers seem to have no sense of professionalism as they'll disturb you at odd hours and even when you're on sick leave. The process I am working in has to be the worst as we are expected to work for three weeks straight without a leave or holiday on every month end, which seems very less needed as the work can be managed on weekdays if done efficiently. Even the salary is less as compared to standard, and the promised bonuses are not received on time.
