It was a good experience working with B'desir but I left because of the profile which they offered me after 9 month's. They mixed my profile more into Admin part which I don't want.

Most of the work paper less and online like signature, reporting and all others. Payment of employee and vendor are satisfactory. I am an X employee of Bdesir cosmetics. The time span I spend in the organization was always supportive. Not only in this covid lockdown, before this also at the time of emergency and need management stood together and took minutes to approve my request.

It was great learning experience with the organization. In terms of support, planning, budgetting, merchandise branding I gained good experince and knowledge. It was great to have boss like Raunak sir and Neha Maam, who always stood together with positive values, guidance, and open honest communications. I have love to do work with my team or our territory distributors or super stock my team is very hard working they always beat there target so because of my team performance we always put a good primary with the super stock or distributors. This company is a poor company I have ever work they have never support there working staff only support there chamcha type staff or Females are not safe in this company or till now I think in this company on 15 to 20% females are working. No any job security no growth

Dislikes

This company is headed by husband and wife and there is no line in between. There is no way you can go through both of their approval in one go, you have to do back and forth just because they had some personal fight in between. They lack fund and if you wish to get salary on time never join. They give salary but no fixed day no explanation even the HR would have no clue about anything.
