In the BDA Pharma The Management is excellent and always care for employees like Family, Nice Culture and Supportive Teammates

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. And in these industries canteen in not available for employees

Work Details

I Have learnt everything in my department on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple tasks and that helpes me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
