Training was not upto mark and doesn't have a permanant desk/place. Mostly sit with some other team as your space keep on changing. No hybrid or work from home option.

No support was given, I was taken Outta my job, no compensation or work from home option given, no job garuantee, no benifit for trusting the organisation.

I understand the situation was worse, they made it even more worse by taking us Outta the job, how can trust such an organisation in the future. There was no call back for rejoining as well.
