I would like to express my concern in this platform, earlier i discussed with HR and my manager unfortunately haven't seen any progress. I rejoined the company after with the same salary and position as before the pandemic, i understood the company's circumstances and i worked without allowances and SPP, with the hope that things would improve as the market recovered. However market conditions have gotten better, my salary and position did not change much. Despite my continued dedication and contributions i have made over 6.5 years, i have seen modest increased in my compensation from 2.5 lacks to 5 lacks. I appreciate the opportunity to rejoin the company and continue contributing, but I believe it's essential to align my salary and position with both the market standards and my professional growth. i ve expressed this concern before, but i feel the issue remains unresolved. Still some of the Executive leadership mindset are traditional and That open mindedness in bringing change is quite restricted. I fear that May be in coming years they wont be able to cope up with work force demands in terms culture preference by employs. They need to pull up their socks upon compensation as far as 24*7 operational is concerned because it has lot of factors involved.

Zero work pressure company prioritises work life balance , our team leads and managers are incredibly supportive and approachable and company organises regular team outings.

Dislikes

Unfortunately the food service has been consistently disappointing ,despite numerous complaints the quality remains poor and sometimes even leads to health issues the management hasn’t taken action , the lack of response from management is very disappointing , especially considering the impact of employee well being.

comparing other companies BCD has been a wonderful experience because there is no work pressure like other companies. Salary is a little less but other than salary peace of mind is more important to balance personal and professional life, and I feel I got a whole lot of peace in this company.

I am satisfied with all the benefits, working environment and everything in BCD Travel. Especially female employee there is cab facility and security is too good. Understanding leads and managers and behavior wise Aswell they are good.

Dislikes

There is only con is 5 days work from office it would be better if there is some flexibility like hybrid working mode or an option of work from home whenever needed. Apart from that everything is good working here.
