The team at BBLUNT was like a second family to me, and I always felt supported and encouraged to push my creative limits. In addition to my primary role at work, I was also encouraged to explore and develop my skills in other areas, like video edits and social media management. The company's branding guidelines were well defined which made it easier for me to produce designs that were in line with their vision.
