Likes

The company was very good learning opportunities in terms of innovations, they have very advance technologies, efficient team members, very good infrastructure, good environment. I was happy to be a part of the organisation. The planets part about the company is employee’s job satisfaction in terms of salary/ appraisals. I was honoured that my work and dedication was recognised during my tenure.

Dislikes

Only the thing about company that I think needs to be improve that is the shift timings/ working hours and the weekly off. That’s just Because company is so advanced and has so much work to do that people needs to work after their shifts as well. And there was no provision to appreciate that over time in terms of wages.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
