Policies of company is good but people governing the management here are not well.

Dislikes

Evaluation of the employees are baseless and full of injustice. When you ask your supervisor/manager for improvement areas they will say you are great. No logic behind annual appraisals. People who are on leave more than 6 months get higher appraisals and opposite to it employees with rewards and recognition with higher work presence get negligible appraisals. And also they are clueless when you ask for the improvement areas for lower appraisals. Very ridiculous....Read More
