For few project ..work was good , You have to be qt / qml expert or learn it fast parallely

Project gets closed every year , and everyone are moved to a different project .and there willl be some manual work ..there ...of finding the truncation part in qt screen which is very boring ..

Disparity in annual increments. Regardless of whether you are working good or bad, if your package is higher than your team members then person on lesser package get hike than one on higher package. Internal movement to different departments are very difficult. Getting promotion is dependent on your manager and management.

5 day week and 8 hour of working in india in Ahemdabad Manufacturing Unit which is great no other pharma company is giving this work balance. Company culture is best Initially they will give good hike after that there is 6-8% increment
