Evaluation of the employees are baseless and full of injustice. When you ask your supervisor/manager for improvement areas they will say you are great. No logic behind annual appraisals. People who are on leave more than 6 months get higher appraisals and opposite to it employees with rewards and recognition with higher work presence get negligible appraisals.
